About Anew Life Center

We’re more than a program. We’re a community of teachers and guides who have walked through challenges of illness, grief, and relationships — and discovered a different way forward. Our mission is to share that path with you through education that empowers lasting change.

Our Philosophy

A New Approach to Healing

At Anew Life Center, we believe that the answers don’t come from outside treatments or quick fixes. They come from within. Stress is at the root of so many illnesses, struggles, and patterns that hold people back. By resolving stress, the body and mind are free to self-repair, restore, and grow.

Our team is united by this philosophy. Each of us has walked through challenges, faced setbacks, and found our way through using the same principles we now teach.

Meet Our Team

Founder & Program Creator

David Cope

David spent much of his early life as a businessman until a difficult divorce and severe health challenges left him searching for answers. After years of food allergies, chronic fatigue, and emotional turmoil, he began his own research into how the mind creates illness.

For the past 15 years, David has developed a series of educational methods designed to help people outgrow chronic conditions and limiting patterns. Without relying on traditional degrees or outside teachers, his work emerged from his own process of healing. The Anew Life Center programs are the culmination of that journey — practical, repeatable processes that empower others to find answers within themselves.

Teacher & Guide

Peggy Lit

Peggy grew up in rural South Dakota, never imagining she would one day help others heal from within. Today, she partners with students as they move through transformational change.

Known for her compassionate guidance, Peggy helps people break free from chronic patterns of thought and behavior. Her insight comes not only from her own inner journey, but from the wisdom she draws out in others. For Peggy, being part of someone’s healing is both humbling and profoundly rewarding.

Teacher & Autoimmune Specialist

Josie Warren

Josie knows firsthand the weight of autoimmune disease. In her twenties, she was diagnosed with CVID, Hashimoto’s, lupus, Raynaud’s, and more. She spent years in doctors’ offices, trying medications, diets, and therapies — with no hope of true recovery.

When she found Anew Life Center’s program, everything changed. Within two months of shifting her focus from symptoms to resolving stress, Josie’s illnesses faded. Today, five years later, she is fully healthy — active, adventurous, and thriving.

Her passion is sharing this process with others who feel stuck in the same cycle she once lived. Josie specializes in guiding students with autoimmune disorders, helping them see that healing is possible.

Teacher & Relationship Specialist

Karyn Seitz

Karyn began her career as a coach but quickly realized she wasn’t delivering the results her clients needed — and she wasn’t creating change in her own life either. Frustrated and stuck, she joined Anew Life Center’s training.

For the first time, she realized that lasting change required looking inward and taking responsibility. This breakthrough transformed her personally and professionally. Today, Karyn leads Anew Life Center’s marriage and relationship programs, helping individuals and couples break free from cycles of conflict and rediscover joy.

Karyn loves watching students grow in confidence, responsibility, and love — both for themselves and for each other.
